1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

a) Account & contact data: name, email, password (stored in hashed form), and any profile details you add.

b) Uploaded content: the video you upload and any images, titles, and notes — which routinely contain images of you and of other identifiable individuals (opponents, teammates, coaches, spectators).

c) Analysis / derived data: data generated by our AI from your uploads, including pose and movement tracking, position and scoring data, and 3D reconstructions. Because this can relate to identifiable individuals, we treat it as sensitive and handle it with additional care.

d) Payment data: where you buy credits, transaction data handled by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card details.

e) Usage & technical data: IP address, device and browser data, log and request metadata, and in-app activity, for security and operational purposes.

f) Communications: messages you send us and, where community features are used, content you exchange with other users.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to: (a) provide and operate the Service, including running AI analysis and generating scores, statistics, and replays; (b) create and manage your account; (c) enable sharing and community features you choose to use; (d) process payments and manage credits; (e) maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug; (f) develop, train, test, and improve our AI models and the Service, using your uploaded content and the data derived from it; and (g) comply with legal obligations. You can opt out of the use of your content for AI-model training at any time in your account settings or by contacting us (see "Your rights").

4. Legal basis for processing

Depending on the applicable framework, we rely on: your consent (for example, account creation, uploading content, analytics cookies, and any use of your content to train AI models); performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests (security and service improvement); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and third-party services

5.1 We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

5.2 We share data with service providers strictly as needed to run the Service, including cloud hosting and storage, payment providers, and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics). These providers act on our instructions.

5.3 Other users: content you choose to make public or share is visible to other users of the Service according to the feature you use.

5.4 We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International data transfers

Data may be processed in the UAE or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to comply with legal obligations. Uploaded video and derived analysis are retained while your account is active. On account deletion, they are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where we must retain limited data to meet legal obligations.

8. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request: access to your data; correction; deletion; restriction of, or objection to, processing; withdrawal of consent (including for analytics cookies and any use of your content to train AI models); and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also delete your account in the app. You may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is intended for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it and close the account.

11. Third-party websites

The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control; their privacy practices are their own.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the revised "Effective date". Continued use constitutes acceptance.
